ANSAC Declares Force Majeure

ANSAC has been informed by one of our suppliers that they have experienced a major disruption to operations at their Green River facility causing them to invoke force majeure in supplying ANSAC.

While the interruption was not from one of our major suppliers, it has compounded the already tight supply position we have been experiencing. We therefore have no choice but to declare force majeure until we are returned to a full supply position from all our suppliers.

We regret any inconvenience this may cause our customers and will do our best to minimize the impact of this unexpected event.

We are still assessing this development and how best to address it in an equitable manner and details of our allocation plans will be forthcoming from our regional offices as soon as they are available.
