ISO 9001 Certification
All soda ash sold by ANSAC is manufactured in ISO 9001 certified plants. The four U.S. producers of soda ash and their ISO registrars are listed below. PDF copies of the certificates may be viewed and printed by selecting the certificate number desired.

ANSAC's member companies place significant emphasis on high quality standards. Each producer utilizes extensive internal quality control procedures to guarantee a continual high quality product. ANSAC also employs strict quality procedures to endure that the high quality produced at the plant reaches the customer.
Quality Testing
The primary responsibility for guaranteeing compliance with product specifications lies with the producers, but periodic sampling is conducted by ANSAC as follows:
- samples are taken from rail-cars after the material has left the plant
- independent labs test these samples for compliance with ANSAC's product specifications
In sixteen years of operation, ANSAC has detected only one incidence of non compliance.
Handling of Quality Complaints
All quality complaints are handled through ANSAC's sales offices. When laboratory analysis is required ANSAC will contract the work out to independent labs or utilize member company laboratories.
