October 13, 2017 Update
To ANSAC Customers and Supply Chain Partners,
We are pleased to report that the Kansas City Southern railroad and Kinder-Morgan, our terminal operator at Port Arthur, have now both lifted their Force Majeure declarations at Port Arthur. As a result, we have also lifted our Force Majeure declaration as of October 13.
